Lupita’s in Roby has always been a hot spot as it’s location intrigued travelers off US 180 and Local Residents to visit them. Alexandra’s opens in its place in Fisher County on Wednesday. It welcomes new residents of Fisher County, and Lupita’s family as the owners, Sheila and Mario Alvarado. Hours of Operation are Monday-Saturday 6AM-9PM, and Sundays 8AM-3PM.
