Triple T’s operates as a mobile food truck in downtown Rotan, Texas serving a variety of foods. Triple T‘s is owned by Terri Morrow, retired educator and principal of 30 years. With a servants heart she leads Triple T’s as a one woman show and loves the opportunity to see familiar faces and meet new ones in Fisher County. Her family landed themselves back in Fisher County to care for aging parents and decided to add brisket to Rotan’s lunch menu options through their family food truck. Triple T’s is a bright yellow food truck.You can’t miss it and why would you want to? Who doesn’t love a servants heart coupled with some good food?
Triple T’s Menu consists of the following:
-Brisket Sandwiches
-Brisket Potatoes
-Elote (Street Corn)
-Regular/Jalapeño Sausage Wraps
- FIVE different homemade cobblers that rotate on the menu
-Rotating Specials such as Frito Pie, Chili, Street Tacos, and Grilled Chicken Wraps.
- During the summer they offer fresh squeezed lemonade and a wide assortment of Hawaiian Shaved Sno Cones.
You can find Triple T’s in downtown Rotan on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 to 1:30PM. Triple T’s can be reached by phone at 682-429-9980.
