They provide real estate and market sales, residential property management, market value analysis, real estate consulting and property tax arbitration. Jeff Branson and Larry Williamson established Williamson-Branson Real Estate in August 1999, with permanent office locations in Roby and Rotan, Texas. From this base, they serve all the surrounding communities in and around the Big Country area of west-central Texas.
Jeff actively serves on community (Fisher County Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture) and corporate (First Financial Bank, Sweetwater Region) boards, to contribute to and remain involved in the communities served. He previously served as a trustee on the Roby CISD School Board for 12 years, Fisher County Appraisal Review Board for 6 years, Fisher County Rural Healthcare Development Corporation for 3 years during the planning and construction of Heritage House Assisted Living Facility.
Larry Williamson, co-founder, semi-retired in 2013 after many years of faithful service and passed away in December 2019. The mural on the side of their building reveals a dedication to not only the late Larry Williamson, but a passion for painting that he so lovingly passed down to his granddaughter, Emily. After his passing, Emily felt a need to fulfill a dream they had of one day painting it together, then she went to work with her heart. Her heart is something her parents are passionately proud of, and they just knew Heaven was smiling down on her that day. It was a final resting piece, the mural was done, and now all of Fisher County and thousands of travelers are blessed with the beauty of it every day. It’s a very small piece of the beauty that is so great in Fisher County, but its dedication is what matters most. Fisher County is transforming, and this place tells the story of just why, because of people like Larry Williamson, who have a love for their community that they pour into others.
Caitlin Williamson is an agent serving the Roby/Rotan/Sweetwater area while raising 3 kids with her husband, Kasey Williamson. They reside in Roby, Texas.
Jeff Groves is an agent serving the Seymour area and is a retired USDA-NRCS officer. He and his wife Deidra enjoy spending time with their grandkids and reside in Seymour.
